FC FAST is implemented a reserve team/player program in 2016. Reserve players train with the club but aren't part of the game day roster every week. This is a highly selective program and players must train with their appropriate age group multiple times before being accepted into the program.

The Reserves program is offered at no cost and is aimed at played with significant potential who lack the appropriate experience and/or coaching to currently qualify for a roster spot.  The goal of the program is to build the skill level of the player up to the level that they will be ready to make an FC FAST roster by the start of the next soccer year (July).

Those in the reserve program will be assigned to a specific team based on their birth year and skill level.  They are expected to be committed to attend practices and work on their own outside of practice times on items assigned by their respective coach.

This is truly a developmental program designed to improve a players skill level. Each reserve program participant will have specific training focuses aimed at making them a better player. Each player will be assigned a specific team to train with but can be called up to play with multiple FC FAST teams at the appropriate age level for games and/or tournaments.
