FC FAST 07 Donaghy Earn Classic League Promotion

Our FC FAST 07' (Donaghy) boys earned promotion to Classic League D2 division for the fall 2022 season after wrapping up their spring league play.  

The team finished the spring with a 7-1-1 record with 25 goals for and ten against finishing with a total of 22 points.  The team just missed out on promotion after the fall season finishing tied on points but one goal short in the goal difference tie breaker.

It is quite an accomplishment for the team who carries only 13 players on the roster with four of those players also competing on ECNL teams.

"I am very proud of this team and the effort they put in all year," said head coach Paul Donaghy. "This turned out to be a very challenging year most of the boys also competing in high school soccer and the rest in middle school soccer this season.  With a small roster, the injuries from school soccer took a toll but the boys fought through it and proved to be in great shape."
